The Italdesign Zerouno (ID Zerouno '18) is a limited-production hypercar produced by Italian Automotive styling house Italdesign Giugiaro. It is featured in Forza Horizon 4 from Series 13 onwards.
Based on the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 and Audi R8 V10 plus (Type 4S) and unveiled at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show,[2] the Zerouno (Italian: zero-one) is the first bespoke production car from Italdesign. It is limited to only five units, each priced from US$1.7 million onwards.[1][3]
Overview[edit | edit source]
Design details[edit | edit source]
The Zerouno is based on the technical chassis of the Huracán and Type 4S R8 but it sports a more race car-inspired look, including an aggressive front splitter and extensive use of carbon fiber that also includes a fixed carbon fiber rear wing. The front end is strongly inspired by single-seater race cars, while the rear bears a resemblance to the Lamborghini Aventador LP 750-4 SV and Asterion LPi 910-4 concept, although it has a twin double-exhaust outlet configuration. and features dotted taillights. It also features OZ Racing rims matched to Pirelli P Zero tires, in 245/30R20 for the front and 305/30R20 for the rear. The overall car is also inspired by the Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4 hypercar.[1]
Technical details[edit | edit source]
The Zerouno is powered by a naturally aspirated, 5,204 cc (5.2 L; 317.6 in3) Lamborghini/Audi V10 engine found in the Huracán LP 610-4 and Type 4S R8, producing 610 PS (602 hp; 449 kW) at 8,250 rpm and 560 N·m (413 ft·lb) of torque at 6,500 rpm.[1]
Power is sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission based on Lamborghini's Lamborghini Doppia Frizione transmission.
Performance[edit | edit source]
The Zerouno has largely identical performance to the Huracán LP 610-4 and R8 V10 plus, including a top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph) and 0 - 60 mph (0 - 97 km/h) in 3.2 seconds, except with improved handling due to its race car-inspired aerodynamics.
Gameplay[edit | edit source]
Forza Horizon 4[edit | edit source]
The ID Zerouno was available in Series 13's Horizon Summer Season as a reward for completing the "Hype Tour" Seasonal Championship.
The ID Zerouno's stock performance is identical to that of the Huracán LP 610-4 except that it handles considerably better. However, its maximum power output with the stock engine is much lower than that of the Huracán's, although it makes up for this by having access to the Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4's L539 engine as an engine swap option. Regardless, the Zerouno isn't too competitive in Classes S2 and X, but it has a lot of grip in Class S1, making it competitive there.
